Delivering a professional salon experience in the heart of downtown Fairhope AL. I am an independent stylist(J Salon LLC) that works at Salt Hair Co with 21 years of experience. My focus is on modern hair design, color, color correction and blonding. I am Brazilian Blowout Certified and hold a Master Certification in the Bellami Brand of Hair Extensions. Information -all appointment requests are booked online. I do not book any appointments in person. -please provide my business with current contact information as you will receive automated text and email reminder’s. Forgotten appointments are subject to the 100% cancellation no show fee. -all pricing starts at. Hair that requires more time or product is charged accordingly and is brought to your attention prior to starting service. -don’t know what to book? Please read service description or contact me prior to booking. Booking incorrect services can result in loss of deposit as I will not have time to perform what you are seeking. -multiple services can be booked at once. -Balance is due on day of service, cash or card, no checks. All sales are final. Your receipts may say J Salon LLC being an independent booth renter I am an individual business identity. - we strive to offer a relaxing atmosphere for guests at Salt which lets our stylists focus on their craft therefore we have a no children policy unless the child has a scheduled appointment with a stylist. -for multiple reasons including the Alabama State Board of Cosmetology prohibits pets in the salon, please refrain from brining any type of animal to your appointment as it will result in a 100% cancellation fee. -salon inquiries: please be aware responses are limited to my working hours. Cancellation Policy
Important: Read Carefully to Avoid Losing Your Deposit.
I have a 50% non-refundable, non-transferable cancellation fee to reserve an appointment.
* if you absolutely can’t make it to your appointment I will allow a one time transfer to an earlier time slot than the originally booked appointment and only if I have availability.
• 50% of the service is paid upfront to secure your appointment. This is applied to your service. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
• Services are clearly marked with time and descriptions. IF YOU ARE UNSURE WHAT TO BOOK, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT ME AND ASK SO I CAN CONSULT YOU PRIOR TO BOOKING THE APPOINTMENT.
Showing up to an appointment that I CANNOT PERFORM DUE TO SEVERE DAMAGE OR WRONG SERVICE SELECTED BECAUSE THERE ISN’T ENOUGH TIME TO DELIVER WHAT YOU WANT WHICH LEADS TO DISAPPOINTMENT will result in loss of deposit. If you are new or unsure, just ask prior to booking.
100% of the service fee will be charged if:
• You are unable to attend on the day of the appointment.
• You no-show or arrive more than 15 minutes late.
• You bring children (please arrange childcare).
• You bring pets (per Alabama State Board of Cosmetology rules).
Communication Expectations:
• Contact me immediately if you’re running late, need to cancel, or are unwell.
• Failing to notify me in advance will result in full charges.
